• we blink more as we get tired
• focus on something small in front of you for 3 mins to increase focus
• adderall doesnt increase focus, it increases alertness
• if you stare for long period of time without blinking, it will help you focus
• dont give epinephrine to the passive entertainments of life aka stuff on my phone
• as youre attention tends to drift, you will want to literally look in another direction, but do not let your vision drift. stay focused in one spot literally.
• learn when you are alert
• attention can be learned. it can be modified in your brain.
